i am in the midst of a lifestyle change, attempt.

I had some serious migraine headache on tuesday, and had stripped all the drugs out of my bag after my trip--and had a diet coke. I have since changed my diet coke platform from "coke turkey" to oneaday, or as we say in dutch, "eenperdag".
